This time I created a dish that will take a bit more time but you&#8217;ll see it&#8217;s worth it and can warm up\u00a0the coldest\u00a0winter day.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0b5394;\"><span style=\"color: #f9cb9c;\">Ingredients\u00a0(2 Portions)<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #073763;\"><i style=\"color: #9fc5e8;\">Effort: high<br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>4 Chickenschnitzel (butterflied chickenbreast)<\/p>\n<p>1 Leek<\/p>\n<p>100g ready-to-eat chestnuts<\/p>\n<p>150 ml milk<\/p>\n<p>100g ricotta<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0tbsp. vanilla powder<\/p>\n<p>1 pinch of nutmeg<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. white balsamico<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0tbsp. whisky<\/p>\n<p>salt, pepper<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f6b26b;\">Instructions<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>First you will pound the meat into very thin pieces of meat. Afterwards rub a mixture of garlic and olive oil onto every piece of meat and put them into the fridge afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>Next you have to blend the chestnuts together with the milk, the ricotta, the spices, the vinegar and the whisky. This will result in a lovely creamy chestnut mouse.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as the chestnut cream is ready you can take out the schnitzels from the fridge again and spread enough of the cream on every piece. Afterwards you have to furl the meat into roulades and put them into a piece of lengthwise cut leek.<\/p>\n<p>Die Rouladen kommen nun noch f\u00fcr 30 Minuten bei 200\u00b0C in das Backrohr und k\u00f6nnen anschlie\u00dfend mit beliebigen Gem\u00fcse und einer Sauce serviert werden. Im Beispielbild wurde das Gericht mit gebratenen Erbsenschoten und Pastinakensauce serviert.<\/p>\n<p>Put the roulades into the oven for 30 minutes at 200 \u00b0C and serve them with some vegetables and a sauce.
